Company Description
Our client is a Canadian company specializing in integrated security and infrastructure solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers across Canada, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Experiencing significant growth with multiple projects in development, they are looking for a Sales Representative based in Toronto to strengthen their team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and develop new clientele by identifying market opportunities, understanding potential customer needs, and offering tailored products and solutions. This includes making cold calls to initiate new business ;
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with assigned accounts, while assisting in the creation of proposals and presentations designed to address the business needs of both prospects and existing clients ;
- Communicate regularly with current customers to ensure continued sales and maintain long-term relationships, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction ;
- Provide quotations, technical support, product literature, and other materials to assist customers and support sales efforts ;
- Contribute to setting and achieving branch sales targets, including revenue, gross margin, account goals, and monthly sales quotas ;
- Work closely with sales management, ensuring customer relationships are managed effectively and aligning branch expectations with contract terms while swiftly addressing any issues that arise ;
- Offer feedback and insights on new products, services, and market trends to help improve the company’s offerings and customer solutions ;
- Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and product meetings to enhance knowledge of the company’s products and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
qualifications :
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field ;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role ;
- Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business opportunities ;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills ;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team ;
- Availability to travel across Canada.

- Full-time position (37.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with a summer schedule ;
- Fully remote ;
- Base salary + commissions ;
